Scan Member Cards

To make the collection of AGD membership numbers easier for providers at courses, all AGD membership cards include a bar code similar to the UPC codes you find on most grocery items. This bar code can be scanned for quick collection and submission of the AGD member ID numbers. 

Some time during the program, providers can scan each membership card. Information on the scanner can then be downloaded onto a Microsoft® Word or Excel document and copied into the AGD’s Online Roster Submission form.

Providers must still maintain a complete participant roster that includes both AGD members and non-members and distribute a verification of attendance to each participant upon course completion.
