Participating in the Refer a Colleague program is now easier than ever! To get started, first, search the AGD Membership Directory to determine if your colleagues are already AGD members. From there, decide which recruitment method suits you best.
 
If you have someone in mind now, but you’re short on time, we’ll contact your colleagues for you with details on AGD membership! But remember, it’s your personal contact and AGD success stories that will be most meaningful to your prospective member! Choose from these quick and easy referral options:
 
NEW! Online: Submit your referrals to the AGD instantly via the Online Referral Form.
E-mail: Simply e-mail your colleagues’ names, e-mail address, and phone numbers to marketingdept@agd.org.
Fax: Complete the AGD Referral Form , and fax it 312.335.3437, Attn: Organizational Marketing.
Mail: Complete the AGD Referral Form , and mail it to: Academy of General Dentistry, Attn: Organizational Marketing, 211 East Chicago Avenue, Suite 900, Chicago, IL 60611-1999.
